As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients with a variety of physical conditions. Your role will include:
Conducting thorough assessments to evaluate the physical condition and needs of each patient
Developing personalized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, and overall function
Administering therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to treat physical conditions
Monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed
Educating patients and their families on injury prevention, rehabilitation exercises, and wellness practices
Collaborating with other healthcare professionals, including physicians and nurses, to provide comprehensive care
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations
Ensuring that all treatments and interventions meet professional standards and patient goals
Education and Certification Requirements:
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of North Dakota
Previous experience as a Physical Therapist preferred
CPR and First Aid certification
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative healthcare team
