Travel Telemetry RN needed for a 13-Week Assignment
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) to join a respected healthcare facility in Norfolk, VA. Details: • 48 hours per week • 13-week assignment • 4x12 hour shifts Key Responsibilities: • Provide direct patient care on a Telemetry unit, monitoring cardiac rhythms and responding promptly to changes. • Administer medications, treatments, and perform assessments as ordered by physicians. • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe and effective patient care. • Educate patients and families regarding conditions, treatments, and discharge planning. • Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with facility and regulatory guidelines. Requirements: • Active RN license in Virginia or compact state. • Current BLS and ACLS (AHA) certifications. • Minimum 2 years of recent Telemetry RN experience.
