Travel Telemetry Nurse (RN) in San Antonio, TX

Schedule/Hours:
• 7AM – 7PM (Full Time)
Required Qualifications:
• Active RN license in Texas or compact state
• BLS certification (AHA only)
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a related nursing specialty preferred
• Epic experience preferred
• Trach/Vent and high-flow oxygen experience recommended, not required
• Rehab experience recommended, not required
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver comprehensive nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, evaluation)
• Manage routine and complex cases across mixed patient populations
• Apply protocols for medication administration and monitoring patient response
• Educate patients and families, adapting to a wide range of cultural, psychological, and social needs
• Accurately document patient care, history, and outcomes
• Make appropriate assignments and delegate to care team members to ensure optimal clinical outcomes
