Support clients with reservation requests and trip preparation activities
Review itineraries and booking information to help ensure accuracy
Maintain detailed client records and organized digital files
Monitor supplier announcements, travel updates, and promotional opportunities
Communicate professionally through phone, email, and online platforms
Participate in virtual learning sessions and ongoing development programs
