Key Responsibilities
Engage with clients to understand their travel goals and preferences
Research destinations, resorts, cruises, accommodations, and activities
Present customized travel options and recommendations
Coordinate reservations and verify booking details
Monitor client requests and manage updates or modifications
Maintain organized records and documentation within company systems
Provide responsive support throughout the planning process
Build strong client relationships through consistent communication and follow-up
Qualifications
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
Comfortable learning and using web-based tools and software
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
Reliable and self-motivated professional attitude
Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, sales, or administrative support is helpful but not required
