No previous travel experience is required. We provide training, tools, and ongoing support to help you succeed.
Key Responsibilities
Assist clients with evaluating vacation opportunities and travel services
Research destinations, accommodations, cruises, transportation, and activity options
Help coordinate reservations through approved supplier and booking platforms
Present travel solutions that align with client interests, schedules, and budgets
Answer travel-related questions and provide planning assistance
Review reservation details and travel information for accuracy
Maintain organized client records and trip documentation
Stay informed on supplier programs, special offers, and destination updates
Participate in virtual training sessions and team collaboration activities
