Travel Services Coordinator (Remote)
Position Overview
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Travel Services Coordinator to assist with organizing travel-related services and coordinating client requests. This role focuses on managing travel details, supporting the booking process, and ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for clients.
This is a fully remote position ideal for individuals who are organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a virtual, client-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
ā¢ Coordinate travel-related services including scheduling, reservations, and client requests
ā¢ Assist with organizing travel details based on client needs and preferences
ā¢ Review and verify information for accuracy and completeness
ā¢ Communicate updates, confirmations, and important details in a timely manner
ā¢ Maintain organized records and track multiple requests simultaneously
ā¢ Provide support throughout the planning and coordination process
Qualifications
ā¢ Strong organizational and multitasking skills
ā¢ Excellent communication and customer service abilities
ā¢ Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
ā¢ Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
ā¢ Comfortable using online tools, email, and scheduling systems
Preferred (Not Required)
ā¢ Experience in customer service, coordination, or administrative roles
ā¢ Interest in travel, hospitality, or event-related services
