Position Summary We are seeking a Remote Travel Scheduling Coordinator to join our growing team. This position is ideal for an organized, detail-oriented professional with a passion for travel and customer service. Youll be responsible for coordinating travel itineraries, managing schedules, assisting clients and agents, and ensuring every trip runs smoothly. This is a remote position you can work from anywhere in the U.S. with flexible scheduling options. Key Responsibilities Schedule and coordinate travel bookings, including flights, hotels, cruises, tours, and car rentals. Manage multiple travel itineraries, ensuring all details are accurate and up to date. Communicate with clients and suppliers to confirm and finalize travel arrangements. Monitor booking confirmations, deadlines, and payment schedules. Handle schedule changes, cancellations, and re-bookings efficiently. Maintain detailed records of client communications and booking data. Deliver exceptional customer support with professionalism and attention to detail. Qualifications Strong organizational and time-management skills. Be authorized to work in the US with a social security number Speak English Fluently Be over the age of 18 Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment. Dependable high-speed internet and a dedicated workspace.
