Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Respiratory Therapist Discipline: Allied Health Professional Start Date: 11/10/2025 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours Employment Type: Travel Job Title: Respiratory Therapist Location (Onsite, Remote, or Hybrid?): Milwaukee, WI (ONSITE) Contract Duration: 13 weeks Working Hours: 6:30pm - 7:00 am Total Weekly Hours: 36 Job (1) RRT - 12 HR Night Shift Contract Length: 13 weeks Start Date: 11/10 Guaranteed Hours Per Week: 36 Shift Requirements: 12 hour NOC shift Weekend Rotation: Every other weekend, occasionally every 3rd Holiday Rotation: N/A Float Requirements: Primarily PICU and NICU, but may need to float to general med/surg acute care units, EDTC. On Call/Call Back Requirements: N/A Call-Off Policy: Client can terminate contract with 2 weeksā notice if census dictates. Certifications Required: AHA BLS, AHA PALS, NRP, required. WI License and NBRC RRT (must be RRT) Education: AD Minimum Experience: 3-5 years Peds critical care or NICU. Must be able to function on PICU and Level IV NICU. Charting: Epic Clin Doc, preferred. Required Skillset: o PICU Experience Required o Vents-Servo I and Servo u, LTV's, Astral and Trilogy, Oscillators, Trach patients, knowledge of invasive and non-invasive ventilation, CPAP, BiPaP, RAM cannula, NAVA ventilation, PEP, INO o 24 bed peds cardiac ICU, 24 beds peds medical ICU, 24 beds peds surgical ICU, 70 bed level IV NICU o 2-3 RCP's in each of PICU, 3-4 RCP's in NICU depending on census. o Manage respiratory care patients, vent management, intubations, extubations, suctioning, treatments. Scrub Colors: Any professional scrubs Jewelry (body piercing/body adornment): A single small stud is now permitted to be worn in the nose. No other visible body piercings (e.g. tongue, eyebrow, lips and gauges) are acceptable (except ear piercings). Flesh colored or clear piercing plugs may now be worn. ā¢ *Flu vaccine required.
