Travel Representative
We are seeking a Work-From-Home Travel Representative to assist clients before, during, and after their trips. In this remote role, you will provide customer support, handle travel-related requests, and help ensure each traveler has a smooth and enjoyable experience.
Key Responsibilities
ā¢ Communicate with clients via email, phone, and messaging platforms
ā¢ Assist with reservation updates, itinerary adjustments, and cancellations
ā¢ Provide accurate information about destinations, travel requirements, and procedures
ā¢ Confirm travel details and follow up with clients as departure dates approach
ā¢ Address concerns professionally and work toward timely resolutions
Ideal Candidate
ā¢ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
ā¢ Customer service experience preferred (hospitality or travel is helpful but not required)
ā¢ Organized and comfortable managing multiple requests
ā¢ Able to learn online systems and tools quickly
ā¢ Interested in travel and helping others plan successfully
