KS License
1 year experience preferred Nursing skills and knowledge base specific to specialty
Associate Degree in Nursing
AHA BLS
ACLS
NIHSS
Bachelor's degree in nursing is preferred
Other Details:
Float: float within zone if critical need only.
COVID-19 Initial Shot(s)
All workers, including remote, must be fully vaccinated.
Fully vaccinated is defined as 2 weeks after the completion date of a
o 1 or 2 dose monovalent vaccine series, oro 1 dose bivalent vaccine
Exemption for Medical or Religious are reviewed by the client and must be completed using the Centura COVID Exemption form located in Egnyte.
