State License Compact licenses are allowed. License must be in hand at time of application.
Certifications BLS (AHA). Willing to obtain allowed for BLS (AHA).

Specialty Experience 1+ years of experience in Medical-Surgical.
EMR Cerner
Skills Assessment MES skills assessment with 2.7+ score.
Flu Vaccine (Current Season) Must be for the current flu season. Medical & religious declinations are accepted. Willing to obtain allowed.
Travel Contract Must travel at least 50.0 miles to receive travel stipend. Local candidates are eligible but will not receive a travel stipend.
