Responsible for telemetry monitoring of one Pod of patients alongside regular staff in Central Monitoring Unit At BJC @ the Commons. (ADC 48, peak 56, surge max 64) Centralized Telemetry Monitoring Unit of 17 pods for patients on ECG and Pulse Oximetry in Acute Care Patient divisions across BJC East Health System. Responsible for continuous monitoring of rhythms and oxygenation in Philips monitoring system. Communication with bedside teams include phone calls, vocera and calls to central paging for cardiac arrest.
