We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Travel & Lifestyle Assistant to support clients by coordinating travel plans, managing scheduling requests, and assisting with lifestyle-related services. This fully remote role is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, client communication, and helping create smooth, well-managed experiences from start to finish. In this role, you will work with clients to understand their preferences, assist with travel planning, coordinate bookings, and help manage various requests related to schedules and experiences. You will research options, organize details, and ensure all information is accurate and up to date. Your ability to stay organized, communicate clearly, and follow through on tasks will play a key role in delivering a high-quality client experience. The ideal candidate is dependable, resourceful, and comfortable working independently while managing multiple requests. This role is well suited for someone who enjoys a mix of travel coordination, administrative support, and client-facing communication.
