We are looking for a detail-oriented, client-focused Travel Itinerary Specialist to join our growing remote team. In this role, you will design and book customized travel experiences for clients, including flights, accommodations, cruises, tours, and activities.
The ideal candidate has a passion for travel, a strong service mindset, and thrives in a fast-paced, remote environment while managing multiple client requests with care and precision.

Key Responsibilities


Consult with clients to understand travel preferences, budgets, timelines, and special requirements


Research, design, and book customized travel itineraries, including transportation, lodging, cruises, and excursions


Provide accurate destination insights, travel requirements, and itinerary details


Manage and maintain organized records of client communications, bookings, and confirmations


Offer ongoing support to clients before, during, and after travel to ensure a smooth experience


Collaborate with suppliers and internal team members as needed to deliver exceptional service


Qualifications


Previous experience in travel, hospitality, or customer service is preferred


Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills


Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently


Comfortable using online research tools, booking platforms, and digital systems


Must be legally authorized to work in the United States or select international locations where we operate

Employment Type: Full-time or Part-time


Work Location: Fully Remote


Compensation


Annual Pay Range: $24,000 – $63,000 (based on experience and role structure)
