We're currently expanding our remote workforce and are seeking motivated individuals to join us as a Travel Industry Specialist. In this role, you'll assist clients with reviewing travel options, organizing trip components, and helping coordinate reservations for a wide range of vacation experiences from relaxing resort stays to multi-destination international travel.

Key Responsibilities
• Assist clients with evaluating vacation packages, cruises, accommodations, and guided travel experiences
• Research destination options based on traveler preferences and timelines
• Share helpful travel information to support confident decision-making
• Communicate with clients using email, phone, and secure online platforms
• Coordinate reservation requests through approved travel partner systems
• Track booking progress and help ensure itinerary details remain accurate
• Stay informed about supplier updates, seasonal promotions, and travel opportunities
• Maintain organized records of client interactions and trip selections
Ideal Candidate Profile
• Interest in travel services, coordination roles, or client-facing support positions
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Ability to manage tasks independently in a remote environment
• Comfortable working with online systems and digital tools
• Reliable high-speed internet connection required
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Mexico, Australia
• No prior travel experience necessary — onboarding and learning resources provided
