Overview

We're currently growing our remote support team and are looking for dependable, service-oriented individuals to join us as Travel Help Desk Consultant. In this role, you'll assist clients by providing guidance, answering questions, and helping coordinate travel-related details to ensure a smooth and organized planning experience.

This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy problem-solving, working with people, and managing details in a fast-paced, virtual environment. No prior travel experience is required training and ongoing support are provided to help you succeed.

Responsibilities

Support clients with travel-related questions and planning requests

Help organize trip details including accommodations, transportation, and activities

Research available options and confirm details using approved systems

Provide clear, accurate information tailored to client preferences and budgets

Communicate with clients via phone, email, and online messaging platforms

Assist with updates, changes, and service-related follow-ups

Keep client records organized and up to date within internal systems

Participate in onboarding sessions and ongoing team trainings
