Travel Agent (Remote)
We are seeking an outgoing individual for our Remote Travel Agent position. As an Agent, you will be responsible for booking amazing trips for corporate and leisure clients in destinations all around the world! This position is great for anyone who loves to travel and help others with planning.
Both Part-Time and Full-Time positions available!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
ā¢ Support in writing emails to clients
ā¢ Research destination, culinary, and activity recommendations
ā¢ Correspond with suppliers to coordinate travel arrangements
ā¢ Create and keep client travel documents and invoices updated
ā¢ Completes travel arrangements for clients with air, hotel, car, and other ground transportation vendors at the lowest possible fares.
ā¢ Utilizes preferred vendors to minimize expense
ā¢ Participates fully as a team member to assist as needed in completing all functions related to servicing the travel needs of the staff, including ticket/itinerary processing, clerical functions, travel credits, etc.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & QUALIFICATIONS:
ā¢ Related travel experience and industry knowledge is beneficial
ā¢ A passion for travel
ā¢ Highly organized with a strong attention to detail
ā¢ Self-driven in an autonomous, remote environment
ā¢ Ability to set goals and develop achievable timelines to hit them
ā¢ Ability to speak multiple languages will be highly regarded
REQUIREMENTS:
ā¢ Must be 18+ years old
ā¢ US residents
ā¢ Smartphone and/or computer required with internet access
