Job Title Transportation Systems Planner – Mobility & Long-Range Planning Job Description: The Transportation Systems Planner will design, simulate, and optimize multimodal transportation networks across New York's evolving transit infrastructure. You’ll support long-range planning, policy modeling, and investment optimization. Key Responsibilities: • Develop integrated transportation models and simulations. • Analyze and recommend policy changes for mobility improvements. • Prepare scenario-based funding and investment models. • Conduct demand forecasting and ridership analytics. • Engage with agencies on strategic transportation planning initiatives. Qualifications: • Master’s in Urban Planning, Transportation Engineering, or equivalent. Experience: • 5+ years in transportation or transit planning.
