Open to Philippine residents and Full-timers ONLY!
One of our US-based clients is looking for an experienced Transportation and logistics Virtual Assistant to join their team remotely for a full-time work.
Salary starts at $ 800 per month complete with HMO and PTOs
RESPONSIBILITIES: (please read through and make sure you are experienced with the tasks and can confidently deliver expectations)
รย Preparing reports and maintaining appropriate filing systems
รย Updating retired units in our inventory daily.
รย Logging in Units to our shops as needed: sold/non-op
รย Providing scanned copies of titles to our sales reps. Within 24 hours
รย Light DMV functions, such as:
รย Requesting DMV Quotes within 24 hours
รย Request for lien releases or payoffs within 24 hours
รย Mail License plates weekly
รย Fill out DMV or overpayment check request form within 24 hours.
รย Run Maintenance reports.
รย Run vin Audits weekly.
รย Release of liability weekly
รย Create UPS labels as needed.
รย Create POs for vendors or shops by the end of shift daily.
รย Assist with new projects as needed.
รย Maintaining sold list in real time
รย Miscellaneous job responsibilities within the dealership.
MUST HAVES:
รย Dependability: The job requires being reliable, responsible, dependable, and fulfilling obligations.
รย Initiative: Must be a self-starter and driven.
รย Problem Solving: Uses logic and reasoning to identify solutions and seeks alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems.
รย Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
รย Time Management: Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
รย Must be proficient with Microsoft Office and Google products.
