Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect to join our growing team. As a Solution Architect, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of Acentra's technology initiatives, supporting the development of Sales, Growth, and Business Development requirements, and managing client relationships. You will work collaboratively with software developers, leads, subject matter experts, database administrators, architects, data quality analysts, and other teams to drive success.
Key Responsibilities:

Function as an individual contributor, working independently with minimally defined guidelines
Work on moderately complex projects, requiring knowledge across multiple technologies and programs
Interact with functional teams and contribute to solution development
Support the maintenance of Acentra's overall enterprise architecture integrity and vision
Collaborate with project teams to evaluate technology solutions and create solution designs
Provide status updates to leadership and proactively identify and escalate risks and issues
Demonstrate enterprise architecture expertise, presenting demonstrations to clients and stakeholders
Apply knowledge of enterprise architecture methodologies, best practices, and procedures to achieve architecture objectives

Requirements:

10+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack development, cloud computing, and enterprise architecture
Strong knowledge of front-end languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), frameworks (AngularJS, Bootstrap), and server-side languages (Java, J2EE, ASP.NET)
Experience with database management systems (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MongoDB), cloud native design, and mobile technologies
Domain knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, or healthcare verticals
Highly organized with analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to adapt to task and project changes

Preferred Qualifications:

Awareness of service-level agreements (SLA), migration planning, and program, project, change management, and development methodologies
Ability to lead cross-functional teams, convey architectural design to development teams, and apply innovation and creativity to architecture/development processes
Strong verbal and written communication skills, knowledge of SharePoint applications, and Microsoft Office suite
Good facilitation skills, ability to support high-level and detailed presentations, and excellent interpersonal skills
