We're seeking a visionary leader to join our team as a Salesforce Technical Architect Director. As a strategic advisor and Salesforce expert, you will drive transformational change for our largest and most complex enterprise customers.
Your Impact:
Lead high-performing teams of technical architects and developers
Collaborate with executive leadership to facilitate buy-in of proposed solutions
Develop and deliver action plans for strategic initiatives
Provide thought leadership and expertise in Salesforce products and platforms
Identify and lead internal critical initiatives to grow the consulting practice
Requirements:
15+ years of enterprise architecture or consulting experience
Strong application design, data, integration, and security architecture skills
Multi-Cloud implementation experience
5-7 years of experience leading and managing people
Strong client management and presentation skills
Expert-level core Salesforce experience and knowledge of BRE, microservice architecture, and high-volume architecture
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
CTA certification or in the process of obtaining it
Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.)
Executive presence and leadership skills
