Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage teams and projects to achieve executive-level objectives
Design, develop, and implement innovative financial solutions, methodologies, and tools
Provide expert advice and guidance to executives on complex business issues
Represent executive management at meetings and functions, and provide presentations on behalf of the team
Exhibit executive-level business etiquette and knowledge, and act independently on behalf of the department or division
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in business, finance, or a related discipline
Minimum of 6 years of directly related experience in financial analysis, planning, consulting, project management, accounting, audit, tax, or operational analysis
Advanced analytical, human relations, and communication skills
Proven experience in making executive-level recommendations and leading cross-functional teams
Strong knowledge of financial systems, software, and tools, including SQL, Azure Databricks, and data analytics tools such as Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau, or Spotfire
Preferred Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in a corporate FP&A environment, preferably in the transportation/logistics industry
MBA or Master's degree in a relevant analytical field
Proficient in the use of SQL and experience working with financial systems such as Essbase, Oracle EPBCS, etc.
