Day-to-Day Responsibilities
In this critical role, you'll be part of a dynamic team driving the improvement and optimization of Global Order to Cash processes. You'll collaborate with Business Process Owners, Project Management Office, Technology Teams, and the Adoption Team to embed a mindset focused on simplification, continuous improvement, and process enhancement. Your expertise will be instrumental in our current Order to Cash Transformation journey, implementing Zuora.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and cultivate partnerships with Global Business Process Owners
Provide business process management expertise and drive optimization initiatives
Document and maintain existing Order to Cash business processes
Identify opportunities to improve and optimize processes, enhancing quality of service and productivity
Act as a liaison between business and technology groups, ensuring innovative and scalable solutions
Stay up-to-date with industry-leading practices and make recommendations
Foster a process-based culture through effective communication, customer relationship management, and performance management
Participate in requirements gathering, impact analysis, test case definition, user acceptance testing, and post-implementation support
Requirements:
5+ years of relevant experience in an Order to Cash process improvement role
Experience working with Zuora and Salesforce from an Order to Cash perspective
Experience driving transformational change in large organizations using process design methodologies
Excellent collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills

Competitive salary range: $92,000 - $144,000 per year
