We're looking for a seasoned program manager with:
5+ years of strategic program leadership experience, with a proven track record of delivering complex, large-scale transformational programs
Demonstrated expertise in establishing and leading initiative structures, governance, and rhythm of business
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills, with the ability to navigate large, matrixed organizations
A self-starter mindset, with a strong sense of ownership, curiosity, and the ability to work independently and interdependently with diverse stakeholders
