About the Role:
As Cluster Head - Last Mile, you will be responsible for:
Owning the onboarding and training of new partners for Last Mile operations
Identifying and onboarding new partners onto the network on an ongoing basis
Tracking and owning the performance of different partners in your cluster
Visiting facilities to conduct audits and solve operational gaps
Ensuring compliance with operational processes and driving key operational metrics to achieve performance targets
Requirements:
Graduate or Post Graduate degree in any discipline
3-5 years of work experience in the e-commerce logistics domain, preferably in Last Mile operations
Experience in partner onboarding and training in the Last Mile and sorting operations
Experience working in Chennai or other areas of Tamil Nadu in a similar capacity is a plus
