Key Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one in-home Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy to children on the autism spectrum
Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions
Implement behavior support and treatment plans under the guidance of a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)
Collaborate with supervisors and clients to achieve goals and objectives
Maintain professionalism, flexibility, and a goal-oriented approach in all aspects of work

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree or working towards a degree in a related field (Psychology, Education, or Sociology) preferred
1-year experience working with children in a 1:1 setting, or equivalent experience in a related field
Ability to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
Personal means of transportation, a reliable vehicle, and a valid driver's license
Physical ability to lift up to 35lbs and perform activities that entail fine and gross motor skills
