Responsibilities:
Build and maintain relationships with clients, hiring managers, and job candidates
Partner with clients to fill urgent positions and connect them with qualified candidates
Utilize recruiting tools and materials to source and screen candidates
Conduct reference checks, negotiate job offers, and facilitate the hiring process
Consistently perform high outbound activity to source clients and candidates
Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Comfortable establishing relationships over the phone and via email
Act with integrity, confidentiality, and an ethical mindset
A degree is preferred but not required
