We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Remote Full-Time Licensed Therapist to join our team at Optum, part of the UnitedHealth Group family of businesses. As a licensed therapist in California, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, evidence-based care to our patients and contributing to our vision of making healthcare better for everyone.
Position Overview

Start Date: Immediate openings available
Company: Optum, part of the UnitedHealth Group family of businesses
Compensation: Competitive salary range of $58,300 to $114,300 annually, plus sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits package
Location: Remote, with the flexibility to work from anywhere in the U.S.
Position: Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday

About the Role

Responsibilities

Deliver remote care to patients through our 8-week evidence-based program
Monitor participant progress and provide follow-up communications and care coordination recommendations
Document session notes and maintain accurate records
Participate in regularly scheduled meetings with supervisors, monthly team meetings, and Town Halls
Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA policies

Requirements

Current, unrestricted license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California
Ability to maintain a consistent schedule for patients (40 hours/week, Monday-Friday)
Clinical experience conducting psychotherapy utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other solution-focused approaches (preferred)
