Develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring each client receives tailored support and attention
Offer emotional and social support, companionship, and engagement to clients, promoting their mental and emotional well-being
Arrange transportation to and from appointments, errands, and social activities as needed
Maintain accurate records and reports, documenting client progress, health status, and any changes or concerns
Requirements and Qualifications:
Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
Ability to pass a background check and provide professional references
Negative TB Test or Chest X-Ray
Reliable means of transportation to and from work
Basic computer skills and technical savviness
Experience working with Alzheimer's or dementia care (desired)
Valid driver's license and reliable means of transportation (required)
