Job Responsibilities:
Conduct initial mental health diagnostic assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for patients
Build strong relationships with a diverse patient population through telehealth modalities
Document patient interactions and treatment plans in our electronic medical record system
Collaborate with our clinical team to ensure comprehensive care and support for patients
Participate in treatment meetings, consultations, and ongoing education to enhance your skills and knowledge
What We Offer:
Competitive salary range: $80,000 - $85,000 per year
Flexible scheduling: full-time or part-time opportunities available (8-40 hours per week)

Active and relevant LCSW license in any state (or LPC/LMFT license)

Excellent communication, relationship-building, and critical analysis skills
Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in electronic health records (EHRs) and virtual care delivery
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience caring for patients with Serious Mental Illness (SMI) and co-occurring substance use disorders
Previous telemedicine experience and proficiency in online tools and technology
Willingness to become licensed in additional states with company support
