Job Responsibilities:
Adhere to company policies and procedures
Perform work under the supervision of the Care Manager, CST
Conduct supervisory visit paperwork and caregiver introductions
Participate in the Manager On Duty rotation
Direct caregivers to clients' locations and provide initial visit training as needed
Respond to emergency care situations and caregiver needs
Assist with caregiver training and evaluations
Provide weekend office coverage as scheduled
Additional Responsibilities:
Assist with office operations and answer phones as needed
Serve as office contact in the absence of other staff
Preferred Qualifications:
High school diploma or G.E.D. certificate
1 year of experience as a caregiver in healthcare (in homes or facilities)
Ability to read, write, and understand English as needed for the job
Valid driver's license and current auto insurance
Certified Nurse's Aide experience is a plus
Success in leadership roles
Job Types and Schedules:
Full-time, part-time, and contract positions available
Flexible scheduling options, including 8, 10, and 12 hour shifts
Day, night, and weekend shifts available
