We're on the hunt for a highly skilled and innovative Principal Release Train Engineer to lead our Scaled Agile (SAFe) processes and drive success in our Consumer Technology experience team. As a remote role, you'll enjoy the flexibility to work from anywhere, with a competitive salary starting at $141,300 - $211,900 annually, plus an array of amazing benefits and perks.
As a Principal Release Train Engineer, you will:

Lead SAFe ceremonies for 9 scrum teams, including Quarterly PI Planning, Weekly ART Sync, and Regular Backlog Refinement meetings
Act as Product Owner Delegate for Developer Ecosystems, baselining and updating product roadmaps, aligning with industry standards and trends, and leading brainstorming sessions
Manage campaigns to roll out enhancements to developer platforms, leveraging the Developer Data and Analytics Platform to measure success
Collaborate with the Level Up Program Manager and Modern Delivery Platform project PMO to align roadmap priorities with program priorities

Requirements:

8-10 years' experience in a Technical Career Pathway (TCP) role, with expertise in Scaled Agile (SAFe) and developer platforms
Bachelor's of Science degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Science, Electrical Engineering, or Math (or equivalent experience)
