Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage business valuation and transfer pricing engagements for a wide variety of industries and purposes (financial reporting, tax, M&A, litigation support, strategic planning).
• Develop and review complex financial models, economic analyses, and benchmarking studies to support transfer pricing strategies and valuation opinions.
• Partner with clients to design, document, and defend global transfer pricing policies in compliance with IRS and OECD guidelines.
• Collaborate with tax, audit, and advisory teams on integrated client solutions, including cross-border planning, restructuring, and risk management.
• Provide technical expertise on valuation methodologies (DCF, market multiples, precedent transactions, etc.) and economic analyses.
• Prepare and review reports, presentations, and documentation for client deliverables and regulatory requirements.
• Represent clients before tax authorities during audits, examinations, and dispute resolution related to transfer pricing and valuation.
• Manage multiple client engagements, budgets, and timelines while developing and mentoring team members.
• Contribute to practice growth through business development, networking, proposal preparation, and thought leadership.
• Stay current on changes in tax law, transfer pricing regulations, and valuation standards.

Desired Qualifications
• BBA/BS in Accounting or Finance.
• CPA, CFA, ASA, or MBA a strong plus.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in business valuation and/or transfer pricing at a public accounting firm, consulting practice, or Big 4 firm.
• Deep knowledge of valuation techniques, economic principles, and transfer pricing regulations (OECD Guidelines, U.S. IRC Section 482, etc.).
• Strong analytical and quantitative modeling skills.
• Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities in managing client relationships and team development.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to contribute to practice growth.
