JOB DESCRIPTION: Job Summary The Transactional Banking Officer is responsible for managing daily cash flow and executing payments across assigned statutory entities. The role ensures sufficient liquidity to meet all liabilities, accurate processing of payments, and strong financial controls across banking operations. Job Responsibilities Manage daily cash flow and liquidity to ensure all statutory liabilities are covered. Complete and review daily cash positions and support cash forecasting activities. Perform cash discrepancy analysis and ensure balances are aligned across systems. Execute automatic and manual payments for all assigned entities. Post and review all outgoing transactions, investigating and resolving errors. Follow up with banks in case of discrepancies or execution errors. Support P2P teams with payment-related questions and incidents. Consolidate MEC reports including bank commissions, cash targets, reconciliations, and COSO controls. Maintain and update bank account signatories and banking documentation. Map and monitor active bank accounts and track bank fees (FX and service). Monitor workflow queues for exceptions, urgent requests, and errors. Proactively identify and resolve issues to ensure operational continuity. Required Skills Strong understanding of cash management, liquidity, and payment cycles. Ability to work independently and manage high volumes with accuracy. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Customer-focused mindset with clear communication skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and work under tight deadlines. Comfort operating within a global, multi-entity environment. Required Tech Skills Experience with SAP S/4HANA in cash and payment-related processes. Advanced Excel skills for analysis, reporting, and reconciliations. Experience working with bank platforms and payment workflows. Ability to extract, analyze, and interpret payment and cash data. Qualifications & Experience Experience in treasury, transactional banking, payments, or corporate finance roles. Hands-on experience with payment execution and bank reconciliations. Experience working with global finance teams or multi-entity structures. Strong English communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
