Training Specialist We are seeking an energetic and talented Training Specialist to deliver and evaluate engaging customer training sessions. Reporting to our Manager, Training and Documentation, this role will be a core member of our Training Team. You will collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality training solutions for Annexus Health customers. What You Will Do: Lead engaging, effective, virtual customer training sessions Create and manage the online registration experience for training sessions (currently using GoTo Webinar) Adjust AssistPoint® training materials to align with product releases Document training attendance in Salesforce CRM to support the reporting of monthly and quarterly training metrics Contribute to curriculum development and facilitate engaging onboarding sessions for new clients and users Identify customer needs for new training sessions and materials, partnering with internal stakeholders to develop and deliver targeted webinar initiatives Continuously drive improvement in the customer training experience by staying current on industry trends and best practices About You: Proven virtual training experience, ideally with a software or healthcare company Familiarity with healthcare billing and financial counseling is a plus Strong command of GoTo Webinar, Microsoft Teams, or similar Communicates complex information clearly and effectively, adapting presentations to engage a wide range of audiences Demonstrates strong learning agility, thriving in environments that require adapting to continuous software updates and enhancements Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse internal and external partners Team player who is invested in helping others grow and succeed Comfortable in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment Driven to make a difference Love to have fun!
