Training - Field Trainer
Job Title
Support strategic programs companywide that drive critical performance metrics and routinely pivots to meet the needs of the business.
Essential Duties

ā¢ Conducts employee training classes either in a store, classroom, or virtual platform in the areas of product knowledge, sales skills, leadership principles and best practices.
ā¢ Conducts store visits to support the district leadership team. Communicates all feedback to aid in the development of the curriculum. Provides coaching as needed.
ā¢ Build and maintain relationships with business partners at all levels of the organization.
ā¢ Ensures understanding of company's policies, procedures, and practices.
ā¢ Works in partnership with field teams to plan and deliver training solutions and resources for continuous employee development.
ā¢ Facilitates training exercises and activities to illustrate the content.
ā¢ Communicates with the Content Development Team to enhance and/or update curriculum.
ā¢ Provides customized learning solutions in partnership with regional leadership.
ā¢ Provide learning attendance/completion reporting.
ā¢ Partner with field leadership to interpret sales results and create a training plan to link behaviors to numbers.
ā¢ Provides direct support to new hires during their first 90 days to ensure they meet company KPI targets.
ā¢ Manage expenses to adhere to set budget requirements
ā¢ Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability necessary to perform this job.
Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED). A Bachelor's degree (B.A. / B.S.) in Adult Education, Training or related field is preferred. Wireless field experience is preferred. Must be proficient with Microsoft office including Microsoft teams and Excel.
Language Skills
Reads and interprets documents such as operating instructions and procedure manuals. Routinely writes detailed reports and correspondence and responds to questions and/or complaints. Routinely speaks effectively before groups of customers, clients, and managers and/or employees of organization.
Reasoning/Problem Solving Ability
Routinely solves practical problems and deals with a variety of concrete variables in situations where standardization exists. Able to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Decision Making & Impact of Errors
Limited ā Makes limited decisions and determines best methods to solve problems by referring to established precedents and policies. Impact of decisions is usually low to moderate cost.
Physical Demands
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Able to sit up to 35% of the time. Able to stand and/or walk over 70% of the time.
Work Environment
The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. Typically works remotely in a retail store environment and in a home office. Routinely presents in front of small to large groups.
Travel Requirements
