To find out more about us, please visit: About Monarch Institute - Rethink Online Education | Monarch Job Description: We’re looking for a Training Delivery Manager to lead and manage our team of Trainers and Assessors, ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery of our online programs. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on people, performance, and day-to-day delivery. You’ll be responsible for how the team operates, how work is managed, and ensuring students receive a reliable and high-quality experience. About the role You’ll lead the delivery team, managing workloads, monitoring performance, and ensuring assessment turnaround times are met. You’ll also play a key role in improving how we operate, bringing more consistency across courses, and ensuring we are using our resources effectively while maintaining strong student outcomes. Key responsibilities Oversee trainer workloads and resourcing to ensure balanced, efficient and timely course delivery. Lead, coach and support trainers through performance management, regular 1:1s and ongoing capability development. Maintain a high-quality, consistent student experience by monitoring delivery, feedback and implementing improvements. Ensure trainer compliance, onboarding and delivery standards are met, embedding best practice ways of working. Act as the central point of contact for delivery, driving clear communication and alignment across a remote team. Qualifications: Hold a TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent) with strong experience in the VET sector, ideally in an online delivery environment. About you Proven ability to lead and manage teams, including performance management, coaching and development. Demonstrated experience managing workloads and making effective resourcing decisions to support delivery. Strong communicator with excellent organisational skills, capable of working across multiple courses without being the subject matter expert. Adaptable and confident leading remote teams, balancing quality outcomes with operational efficiency in a changing environment.
