You will be part of the Fund Operations team and will work closely with the Fund Accounting team. You will report to the Fund Finance Director while collaborating with talented colleagues across fund accounting, research, and trading. This role is a means to make a difference: you will be a member of our daily middle office operations and the potential to work on high-impact fund launches.ResponsibilitiesReview daily cash and position reconciliations and resolve breaks with the appropriate parties, including brokers, traders, prime brokers, and fund administratorsWork with the Fund Accounting Team to ensure all activity is properly recorded and documented, including collaboration on the monthly NAV processProvide day-to-day operations support for the Trading DeskReport daily PL estimatesCorporate Actions processingSupport fund-related projects, including broker onboardings and account setupsRequirements1-3+ years of finance experience, ideally in a middle office operation role or a fund accounting role at a hedge fund, prime broker, or fund administratorAbility to work from 7 am PSTAdvanced abilities in Microsoft ExcelExperience working with or the ability to learn enterprise-level accounting softwareExperience working with engineers to automate manual processes (preferred)Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Business, or FinanceAuthorization to work in the United StatesThe base salary range for this position is $95,000 to $105,000 in the location(s) of this posting. Individual salaries are determined through a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography. Base salary does not include other forms of total compensation such as bonus compensation and other benefits.
