Trademark Attorney
Job Description: • Hands on responsibility for client management. • Exposure to clients from industry to individuals. • Grow practice with support of established and growing team of experienced IP professionals. Requirements: • At least 6 years of trademark prosecution experience including U.S. and international prosecution and portfolio maintenance • Experience conducting trademark searches and rendering clearance opinions • Experience with TTAB proceedings including oppositions and cancellations • Experience with trademark due diligence • Trademark litigation experience is a plus • Experience with domain name Uniform Dispute Resolution Proceedings a plus • Copyright procurement experience a plus • Self sustaining book of business or willingness to grow book of business is required. • Strong written and oral communication skills. • State Bar admission required.
