You understand the business metrics and financial drivers needed to unlock profitable growth for Mondelēz International and our customers and work with key account managers to implement plans to deliver our annual target. How you will contribute You will: Leads the development of the trade marketing part of the category annual plans (contract process) Understands market dynamics / consumer insights by channel to participate on trade marketing strategic decisions Leads the business planning meeting where the sales quotas are built in order to accomplish the annual plans based on relevant building blocks Suggests and influences investment in category building blocks, according to category and channel need, and is accountable of execution excellence at point of sale Follows up the competition’s commercial activity in the category in order to detect business opportunities and potential threats for the brand Plays a leadership role within the multi categories teams by leading, providing accurate and relevant channel point of sale information that will lead to find business opportunities such as innovations, customer promotions, portfolio, pricing, etc. that will lead to achieve multi categories targets What you will bring A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge: Category planning and delivering growth through category leadership Having a future-focused mindset, being curious about industry trends, digital solutions and innovation for consumers, and translating opportunities into business plans Developing and delivering plans, measuring and monitoring results and making recommendations to achieve growth targets Business planning and how to maximize revenue growth Influencing stakeholders and interacting effectively with others with the courage and resilience to hold an alternative point of view Analytical skills and business acumen More about this role El Trade Marketing Specialist para el MT es el encargado de trabajar con la estrategia de Trade Marketing para el mercado local, alineada con los objetivos regionales y de marca, maximizando la ejecución en punto de venta, acelerando el sell-out, aumentando la conversión de shoppers, ampliando la cobertura y garantizando una inversión eficiente. Este rol actúa como puente estratégico entre Marketing y Ventas, asegurando que las marcas se vivan y ejecuten con excelencia en todos los canales del país. What you need to know about this position: Adaptar la estrategia regional y de marca a las necesidades y dinámicas del mercado local, garantizando la correcta ejecución de las 4P, producto, precio, punto de venta y promoción Identificar oportunidades para mejorar la conversión de shoppers y la rotación en PDV. Adicional, monitorear indicadores de desempeño (volumen, cobertura, share, visibilidad) e implementar planes correctivos cuando sea necesario. Ser el socio estratégico del equipo de ventas para garantizar una ejecución eficiente. Asegurar la correcta comunicación y alineación de los planes entre Trade Marketing, Marketing y Ventas. Administrar el presupuesto de consumidor del país asegurando eficiencia, rentabilidad y retorno de inversión de acuerdo con la relevancia de las marcas. Analizar comportamiento del shopper y performance de categorías para detectar insights y oportunidades. Mantener visión integral del canal, competencia, cobertura y visibilidad para adaptar la ejecución local con salidas a campo. Job specific requirements: Profesional en Administración de Empresas, Mercadeo, Ingeniería Industrial o afines. Mínimo 5 años en posiciones de Trade Marketing, Ventas o Customer Development. Experiencia previa en categorías de consumo masivo (MT) o retail es altamente deseable. Dominio de herramientas de planificación comercial y medición de ejecución (visibilidad, sell-out, distribución). Manejo de presupuestos y evaluación de rentabilidad de iniciativas. Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, negociación y relacionamiento interpersonal. Mentalidad estratégica con foco en la ejecución y orientación a resultados. Capacidad de análisis y toma de decisiones basadas en data. Enfoque en resultados, ejecución impecable y gestión del cambio.
