Trade Marketing Analyst

The Trade Marketing Analyst will support trade marketing planning and execution, coordinate with sales and marketing teams, and monitor distribution and sales performance to enhance business initiatives in retail stores.ResponsibilitiesSupport trade marketing planning and execution to include promotions, new product sell-in and in-store merchandising activitiesCoordinate with sales and marketing teams to align go-to-market plans for product launches and seasonal activationsSupport the roll out of point-of-sale materials, planograms, merchandising assets and toolkits for field sales teamMonitor and evaluate distribution, promotion and sales performance using sales, shopper and market data and prepare performance reportsManage retail execution calendar, handle logistics and track budget utilizationEnsure all trade marketing activities comply with federal, regional and local tobacco and nicotine marketing regulations, while supporting compliance with marketing restrictions and all required signage and notification at retail in conjunction with legal, regulatory and brand/marketing teamsSupport project planning and coordination with sales, marketing, finance and supply chain to ensure campaign readiness and budget adherenceAssist in building cross-functional presentations and trade materials for both internal and external alignmentEnsure centralized document warehousing system is secure, up to date and effective to support field sales teamsCoordinate all tasks, timelines and resources to ensure successful execution of trade initiatives including planning, monitoring and stakeholder communicationPlanning and oversight of rollout timelines, store resets, promotional calendars and process mappingSkillsCollege degree required in business, finance, economics or marketingExperience in Consumer-Packaged Goods IndustrySales and/or Trade Marketing experience a plusStrong analytical, organizational, communication, and management skills necessaryProject management skills requiredData analytics skills requiredMust be able to work under pressure and handle multiple assignments with a high degree of accuracy and thoroughnessLegally authorized to work in the U.SBenefitsGreat medical, dental and vision coverage401k with a generous company matchIncredible wellness benefitsCommuter benefitsPet insuranceGenerous PTOCompany OverviewPhilip Morris International’s U.S. businesses (PMI U.S.) are invested in America’s future.
