Trade Compliance Analyst - 9 Month Contract

About the position Conair LLC is looking for a Trade Compliance Analyst for a 9 Month Contract opportunity in our Stamford CT headquarters who is available to start immediately. Position Summary: The Trade Compliance Analyst will support trade compliance initiatives by providing analytical, documentation and coordination support across import, trade compliance and supply chain workstreams. This role focuses on data quality, data tracking, process support and issue analysis to ensure trade-related activities remain organized, audit-ready and on time. This is a hands-on role designed to support ongoing projects, audits and operational follow ups across trade compliance, imports, supply chain, finance and external providers. Responsibilities • Support trade compliance projects by maintaining trackers and logs. • Validate shipping reports for accuracy and raise issues with appropriate stakeholders are identified. • Support process documentation and standard operating procedure updates. • Assist with trade compliance audits and corrective actions. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Supply Chain, Compliance, Finance or related field). • 1-4 years of experience in analytical roles. • Experience working with excel-based tracking, reporting and data validation required. • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to gather required data. • Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy. • Analytical mindset with the ability to spot data gaps and inconsistencies. • Organized, structured and deadline driven. • Clear written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to work across functions and follow established processes. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and audit-driven environment. • Must be able to sit for extended periods of time. • Must be able to use a computer keyboard and view a monitor for extended periods of time. • This role requires Stamford, CT office on-site presence Monday through Thursday, with the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere on Fridays. Nice-to-haves • Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is a plus.
