Toyota Remote Service Coordinator - Houston

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer 100 or more inbound customer calls per day
- Schedule 50 or more service appointments per day for customers who need mechanical Maintenance and Repair
- Respond to Vehicle Status, Service Pricing, Warranty, Roadside Assistance, Complaints, or other Automotive inquiries
- Direct non-service appointment calls to the appropriate Dealership personnel
- Utilize multiple computer programs to reference dealership information, customer profiles, and manufacturer guidelines
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Available to work Monday - Friday and Rotating Saturdays
- Must live in the greater Houston metropolitan area
- Must have at least 6 months recent customer service experience
- High-speed internet connection of > 20 mbps Upload and > 20 mbps Download
- Quiet home office suitable for remote call center, customer service work

- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
- Familiar with automotive terminology and vehicle components
- Capable of delivering quality results at all times
- Excellent customer service and complaint resolution abilities
