We help service-based businesses grow through proven ad strategies and full-funnel digital marketing and now, we’re hiring a Senior Account Executive who can close hard and own their book. What You’ll Get: Uncapped Commission – No limits. You close, you get paid. Period. Strong Residuals – We retain clients long-term, and you get a piece of that pie. Draw / Starter Base – There’s a base to help you stabilize, but this role is driven by production. Curious prospects - not pre-sold buyers. It’s on you to qualify, pitch, and close. Own Your Pipeline - When inbound slows or we’re breaking into a new vertical, you’ll be expected to prospect. We support you but we’re not handing out silver platters. Post-Sale Account Management - Light follow-up to ensure retention and maximize long-term commissions. Who We Want: Experienced Sellers Only - You’ve sold digital marketing, paid ads, or SEO to business owners and know how to run a full sales cycle. Top 5% Mentality - You’re confident, competitive, and allergic to mediocrity. Full-Cycle Pros - Prospect, qualify, present, close, follow up, you own the whole process. B2B Focused - Experience selling to attorneys, med spas, financial services, contractors and other professional service providers is a big plus.
