TMS Product Specialist, Cash
About the roleIn this Product Specialist role, you will be part of the Center of Excellence team that focuses on Product Management, Implementation Support, and Product Support Escalation. You will be responsible for subject matter expertise, product expertise, and technical proficiency to work with both product engineering counterparts, sales, sales engineering, customer success, customer support, and external customers.Compensation: 140k - 170k OTE + EquityWhat you'll doProduct Manager, an expert for Cash ManagementResponsibility for the product management of the TMS modules for which you have responsibility includes:Ownership of Cash Management + Payment Modules within Trovata TMSContribute to the rollout and integration of Trovata’s powerful Agentic AI technology specifically for advanced applications in cash management and payments Manage release schedule for enhancements and fix list Create and manage business requirements as required. Work with product engineering to refine implementation Be aware of competitor positioning, provide sales differentiators, knowledge of cost modelsContribute customer and market feedback to influence details of product roadmap Provide support to pre-sales engineering as and when needed including participation in workshops and demos.Oversee new release testing as it pertains to your product responsibilityBuild and maintain product documentation on features in partnership with support teamImplementation Support. This position includes supporting customer implementations primarily to support the Company’s third party implementation partners and to a lesser degree for implementation and direct customer services the Company may offer from time to timeProduct Support Escalation.
