About the Role
The TikTok Shop Operations Coordinator is an essential support role within Nello’s fast-growing TikTok Shop team. As one of the most dynamic and high-velocity channels within the company, TikTok Shop requires a highly organized, proactive, and data-driven teammate. This role is designed for individuals beginning their career who are eager to learn, grow quickly, and directly contribute to the brand’s expansion across TikTok.
You will work closely with the Director of TikTok and TikTok Shop Marketing Coordinator, assisting with creator management, performance tracking, Discord operations, and agency organization. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, proactivity, clear communication, and data orientation.
Key Responsibilities
• Support scaling of the TikTok Shop affiliate live-streaming program, including scheduling, coordination, and asset preparation
• Assist in identifying, onboarding, and supporting micro-creators to expand channel reach
• Manage and organize Agency creator partnerships, permissions, and relationship-building
• Maintain internal documents, trackers, and reporting sheets to ensure accurate and up-to-date performance data
• Track creator performance, campaign progress, and KPIs; flag opportunities and concerns proactively
• Contribute ideas and market observations to help identify new, innovative ways to grow the channel
Skills & Qualifications
• Strong organizational abilities with proven experience managing multiple tasks and priorities
• High level of administrative competence, including updating documents, tracking data, and managing systems
• Results-oriented mindset, motivated by metrics, performance, and continuous improvement
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with comfort interacting with creators and internal team members
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Google Sheets.
• Comfortable using Discord; familiarity with creator communities is a plus
• Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and project execution
• Interest in creator economy, social commerce, or TikTok Shop preferred
