Requirements
Excellent understanding of social media platforms, particularly TikTok
Strong attention to detail and the ability to make quick decisions
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Prior experience in content moderation or a related field is preferred but not required
Responsibilities
Monitor and review user-generated content on TikTok to ensure compliance with community guidelines
Identify and remove inappropriate content, including spam, harassment, and harmful behavior
Provide feedback and report violations to the appropriate team or department
Stay updated on TikTok policies and guidelines to ensure accurate and efficient moderation
Collaborate with other moderators and team members to maintain a safe online environment
