Job Description: As a TikTok Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing company-owned TikTok affiliate Channels. For each channel, that you are assigned, your primary duties will include:
Receiving products from the company's brand division. (Brand Division will negotiate all terms, and organize delivery of samples for your videos)
Creating and posting 4-5 videos per day to promote these products
Conducting analytics and competitor research
Coming up with unique scripts for the videos (hooks, etc.), to increase sales.
Overseeing the entire TikTok account operation from start to finish
While you will have the support of an entire team that helps to coordinate activities, negotiate with brands, provide best practices and provide products, the overall responsibility for managing and growing the TikTok account remains with you.
Compensation:
Commission: 20% of revenue received by company, from TikTok.
Initial assignment: 1 channel to manage, with the potential to manage up to 10 channels based on performance
Potential earnings: Up to $180,000 per year, depending on the number of channels managed successfully.
Opportunity for transition to a salaried position with commission, based on performance
Requirements:
Proven experience with TikTok's affiliate shop program
Strong content creation skills, including video production and editing
Ability to produce engaging and high-quality videos consistently
Familiarity with TikTok's terms of service and community guidelines
Excellent analytical and research skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong organizational and time management skills
