NOTE THIS IS A VOLUNTEER ROLE Position Overview: Tik Tok Content Creator We are seeking a passionate, creative, and results-driven TikTok Content Creator to join our team as a volunteer. This individual will work closely with the Marketing and Communications Board Member to develop and implement TikTok strategies aimed at increasing engagement, raising awareness, and promoting our mission. The TikTok Content Creator will be responsible for crafting engaging, high-quality TikTok videos, growing our TikTok community, and tracking performance metrics to ensure the success of outreach efforts, all while supporting our overall marketing and communication goals. We’re looking for someone who has: • Proven experience creating TikTok content, preferably for a nonprofit or community-focused organization. • Strong skills in video production and content creation, including filming, editing, and storytelling to produce engaging TikTok videos. • Experience with TikTok trends, challenges, and popular sounds to maximize engagement and visibility. • A strategic mindset to develop targeted content that aligns with our organizational goals and resonates with our audience. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages that capture attention and drive engagement. • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple video projects, adhering to deadlines. • A commitment to our mission and the ability to convey our values authentically through TikTok content. The TikTok Content Creator will receive direction from the Marketing and Communications Board Member, who will provide strategic guidance to ensure alignment with broader marketing and communication goals. Nice to have: • Experience with TikTok analytics to track and optimize video performance. • Knowledge of digital marketing, social media strategy, or content creation to help boost TikTok growth. • A background in communications, brand development, or storytelling to enhance the reach and impact of our TikTok presence.
